Public Offer (Service Agreement)
Service Agreement. Paying for minutes or a minute pack constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Nature of this document
This is a Public Offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. For users outside Russia, it serves as the Service Agreement governing paid usage of Transcriboro.
Payment for minutes or a minute pack is full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Subject
ИП ____ (заполнить) (the “Provider”) grants the Customer access to the paid functions of Transcriboro according to the chosen per-minute tariff or prepaid minute pack. Details and prices are published at /en/pricing.
3. Acceptance and payment
- ·Plans are billed via supported payment providers (Stripe, YooKassa, etc.) in the applicable currency.
- ·Legal entities may request an invoice with company details by emailing support@transcriboro.com.
- ·Paid minutes or paid per-minute access activate automatically once payment is received.
- ·A receipt (compliant with Russian Federal Law 54-FZ where applicable) is sent to the Customer’s email.
- ·Prepaid minute packs do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Refunds
- ·Individual customers may cancel within 14 calendar days of payment if they have not actively used the Service (no transcription jobs run).
- ·Where the Service has been used, refunds are issued net of the resources consumed.
- ·Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of a request to support@transcriboro.com.
5. Service delivery
The Service is delivered as audio or video is processed. Unless the Customer raises an objection within 10 days after minute usage is charged, the services are deemed accepted.
6. Obligations
The Provider undertakes to:
- ·keep the Service available at the level of the chosen plan;
- ·safeguard personal data per the Privacy Policy;
- ·notify the Customer of material changes at least 7 days in advance.
The Customer undertakes to:
- ·pay the fees on time;
- ·comply with the Terms of Service;
- ·provide accurate billing details.
7. Liability
Each party is liable for breaches as set out in applicable law. The Provider’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by force majeure events: outages of upstream infrastructure providers, payment networks, sanctions or actions of governmental authorities.
9. Term
This offer takes effect upon publication and remains in force indefinitely. The Provider may amend it with at least 7 days’ notice through the site.
