Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into between ИП ____ (заполнить) (“we”, “us”) and the individual or entity using Transcriboro (“you”, “user”).

2. The Service

We provide automated speech-to-text transcription for audio and video, plus related tools. The Service is available at https://transcriboro.com/.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Plans and payment

Pricing and plan details are published at /en/pricing. Paid usage is billed per processed minute or through prepaid minute packs. Refunds follow the rules described in the Public Offer (for RU users) or the applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

5. Your content

• ·You retain all rights to the files you upload and the transcripts produced.
• ·You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service.
• ·We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
• ·You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload the content (no infringing material, no unlawful recordings).

All rights to the Service software, design, brand and documentation remain with us.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• ·upload content that violates applicable law (CSAM, terrorism-related, IP-infringing);
• ·use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution;
• ·attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the Service;
• ·share your account credentials with third parties;
• ·use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Terms with at least 7 days’ notice via email or in-product notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Surviving sections: 5 (Your content), 8 (Liability), 11 (Governing law).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
